At Grace College, the Office of Student Affairs is committed to helping students mature spiritually, emotionally, socially and academically.
The Department of Student Affairs and Academic Services exists to provide quality programs and resources that promote student learning and engagement in personal transformation, healthy community, whole-life worship and intentional service.

Aaron Crabtree
Vice President & Dean, Student Affairs
Aaron serves as the chief student development officer at Grace and directs our vision to see every student belonging and becoming in community. “College is an important season for students to discern their callings relationally, critically, and spiritually.” Aaron and his team staff work to provide students with meaningful opportunities for leadership and growth in a healthy and safe environment.

Jacqueline Schram
Dean of Academic Engagement and Success
Jacqueline coordinates Grace Schools’ educational effectiveness activities, which includes assessment and accreditation. She is also a member of the First-Year Experience team and oversees the student mentor program at Grace College.

Cokiesha Bailey Robinson
Associate Dean of Student Diversity and Inclusion
Cokiesha serves on campus to promote diversity, equity and inclusion programming, to advise the administration on issues related to diversity and underrepresented student populations and to promote campus discipleship efforts.

Deb oversees personnel and student services related to both physical and mental health. Deb also teaches in the graduate counseling program.

Director of Student Involvement
Alicia oversees Student Involvement, designing co-curricular leadership opportunities and experiences that enhance campus life. Activities, clubs and ministry teams, student government and intramural sports are all organized through student involvement.

Director of Latino Engagement
Benjamin encourages, advocates for, and inspires students to reach their goal of Higher Education by providing academic and spiritual support. With the help of Latinx leaders, he seeks to establish and build relationships with students, creating spaces and events that foster trust and celebrates their rich heritage.
